Track Eagles Twice "Raining" Champions
We appreciate the help of Lisa Morris for her suggestion to call the school photographer and the willingness of Crabtree Photography to let us use their photos of the LHS Track Teams who claimed both the girls and boys championship this weekend. Sorry, but we were unable to get names of the participants at the time of this printing.  (Track team photos by Crabtree Photography)
Lincoln Music Department Holds Spring Concerts
Members of all the Lincoln High School choirs invited the Community Choir to sing along with them on the Battle Hymn of the Republic. Beth Bowman, Lincoln Music Chair, is directing the group.
The band is applauded following their concert Sunday evening. Kathryn Ray, band instructor is at the far right. It looked like a formal event as the group proudly wore the new outfits purchased by the Music Boosters Association. Don’t they all look great. More next issue on the concerts.
Tuesday, May 5th, between 4:00 & 10:00 p.m. you may eat at Texas Roadhouse, who in return, will donate 10% of your purchase to the Lincoln Music Department. You must have a flyer for it to count. No flyers may be given out on the property. Call 478-5916 with questions or to get a flyer. The Elementary Music Program is at 7:00 p.m. that same night. Schedue your time to attend both.
